I am going to give you 3 arm exercises that will help you accomplish your cellulite goals.

3 Exercises To Help Get Rid Of Arm Cellulite

1.  Jogging.  If you have been reading any of the other post then you will know why I put this one here, and actually will think it's quite funny.  But it's so needed.  I know that you are like huh, why did you put that one there?  It's because jogging burn calories, and a lot of them.  No I am not saying that you have to do some kindof funky special type of arm swing either, just jog or run.  Your goal with this exercise is to burn a lot of calories.

2.  Push ups.  Push ups are a great total upper body workout.  They make you move multiple joints and thus they work more muscles and burn more calories as a result.  Once again burning more calories and developing lean muscles in the target areas of the arms.

3.  Tricep extensions.  These can be done a number of different ways, but I will tell you about one.  Stand up and hold a dumbbell in both hands above your head.  Then lower the dumbbell slowly behind your head, then press up.

4.  Bicep curls.  Stand with your arms extended and the back of your hand resting on your thighs.  Then holding a dumbbell or any weighted material (including a bag of flour) and keeping your elbow locked by your side, raise your hand to your chest and then lower it slowly.

With each of these exercises (2-4) you will want to do them 2 times per week.  Do 5 sets of 15 with.  The first set is a warm up set.  If you don't want to go to a gym, you don't have to.  You can use your own home gym equipment.

As far as number 1 goes above you want to try and jog 3-4 times per week to help you burn the needed calories to get rid of fat.

1.  Jogging.  Oh yeah, I bet that one through you for a loop eh?  Yeah, I thought so.  Getting rid of cellulite in your stomach isn't just about doing exercises that target the stomach only, it's about doing exercises that also target the whole body.  Doing workouts that burn fat period.  As you start to burn more fat, you will see that you are also losing and burning fat (cellulite) that is being stored in your stomach.

2.  Sit Ups.  I know I know, no one does sit ups any more right.  Athletes do, the military does, real fitness and bodybuilders do.  Why is that you think?  Because they are not dead.  If you do them wrong yes, they can be a little harder on your back, but you can always get a mat.  I love full sit ups because they work your full range of motion of your stomach and the whole core region, including stabilizing and support muscles.

3.  Crunches.  Yeah, you knew that one was coming. lol.  Can't have a complete flat tummy conversation without talking about crunches.

4.  Hip Hop Abs.  I love this new little TV workout DVD.  What I love about this workout is that you not only workout your abs, but you exercise your full stomach, and get in a great cardio workout.  You can burn a lot of calories in one of these workouts and that's the key.

3 Leg Exercises For Cellulite

1.  Interval running.  This is by far my absolute fave.  If you don't like to jog or run this one may not seem very fun, but if you would just give it a try twice per week you will see some amazing results.  Running is on the tops of list when it comes down to being able to burn a lot of calories in a short period of time.

Also there are many hidden benefits of running like cardio vascular endurance and it's ability to build lean muscle, getting toned, sexy legs, and getting rid of thigh fat, butt fat, and any other kindof fat. lol ;)

A interval running workout would look something like this:

5 minute warm up jog.
1 minute run or jog.
1 minute brisk walk.
1 minute run or jog.
1 minute brisk walk.
1 minute run or jog.
1 minute brisk walk.
1 minute run or jog.
1 minute brisk walk.
2 minute run or jog.
2 minute brisk walk.
1 minute run or jog.
1 minute brisk walk.
1 minute run or jog.
1 minute brisk walk.
1 minute run or jog.
1 minute brisk walk.
1 minute run or jog.
1 minute brisk walk.
5 minutes of cool down walking.
Then 3 minutes of stretching.

That's a 33 minute workout including warm up and cool down and stretching.  Not bad eh?

2.  Squats.  Squats are by far the best workout far the best weight lifting leg exercise for cellulite.  

I prefer mixing squats with walking or jogging.

A perfect squat workout for getting rid of cellulite would be something like:

Continuous squats for 30 seconds.
1 minute jog.
Continuous squats for 30 seconds.
1 minute brisk walk.

Repeat this 6 times.  That's a total of 18 minutes, then walk slow and stretch major muscles to cool down.

That is one heck of a 18 minute workout let me tell you.

3.  Interval Rowing machine.  For those who like to hit the gym here's a great piece of machinery for cellulite that targets the legs while still burning a ton of calories and building up your cardiovascular endurance.

A sample interval rowing machine workout would look something like:

Row (using legs not just the back and shoulders) for 2 minutes.

Rest for 30 seconds.

Repeat 8 times.  That is a 20 killer 20 minute workout.  Then just do a slow walk for 3 minutes or so and stretch.
